The long wait for the non-existent winter to dissipate and spring sunshine to take over is officially concludes for Wyoming Out Loud when the first concert at The Bloomery comes along. The first gathering of the year at the farm is full of fresh greens, ideas, and a new coat of paint on the gorgeous old house the family calls home when there’s not 150 friendly faces in the front yard.
Emmy Award Winner Mark Oblinger brought his multi-talented musicianship to The Bloomery’s stage and wove together a set full of whimsical positivity and anecdotes covering his storied career composing and producing great music enjoyed by young and old lasting generations.
A little help from Cory McDaniel and Amy Geiske getting on stage to play some bass rounded out a grand first evening at The Bloomery. Can’t wait to see how the place blooms this summer.
