Sounds Like September Fest lights up Washington Park

In the second year of the festival’s existence, Washington Park filled up to experience Sounds Like September Fest. Featuring local heroes such as So-Called, Sitting Pigeons, Fight Flight or Funk, and many more, Casper citizens came through to show their love and support.
