Liver Down The River keeps summer rolling at The Bloomery

Sunsets start to come a little sooner in September, but the summer evenings stay warm at the farm

With 8 out of 9 of The Bloomery’s summer concerts officially in the rear view mirror I think I’ll risk the jinx and say that this summer has lived up to any expectation we might have had. Doubling the amount of concerts from last year is no small feat and the amount of grace that Cathy and family have handled the situation with is astounding.

Now that we’ve made it into September the days start to shorten and the evenings become fleeting. Trying to cherish all the warm summer nights we have left brought us out to The Bloomery for Liver Down The River, a psychedelic funky bluegrass band from down the road in Colorado.

The band kept the jams going all evening with no weather breaks and very few breaks for applause it was a string of entertainment that kept us enchanted as the sunlight disappeared.

There’s one more chance to check out The Bloomery next weekend! Don’t miss out on this slice of magic..

Check out the rest of the photos from the evening!
