To see what Funky Junk has grown into over the years and turned out as on Saturday is truly mesmerizing. Great human and recently appointed Executive Director of David Street Station Whitney Asay has put together, season after season, a welcoming and engaging event that all members of the community can feel free to come out and enjoy the wares and entertainment of one of the finest collections of local artisans in the State of Wyoming. Big Statement in a land that’s long relied on the ingenuity of thy neighbor to keep the community rolling throughout the year.
The event has been a great haven for families to stroll through enjoying a bite to eat at one of our fine selections of food trucks, hit up a local brewery for a drink, find a piece of Wyoming that speaks to you and relax to some of Casper’s best local musicians. The formula works and attendance from the community and the amount of vendors continues to grow, over 80 different vendors and thousands of folks this time around!
Wishing Whitney and Family all the best and the most sincere ‘Good Luck’ managing the majesty that is Funky Junk and all things that David Street Station adds to that along the way, lots of faith you’ll handle it all in stride.
