Beartrap Summer Music Festival is known as an end cap to a beautiful summer out doors in Wyoming but this summer has been a bit of a wild and wet ride itself. The clouds sat on top of the meadow all afternoon but aside from a slight sporadic sprinkle the weather was mostly magic. Day one of Beartrap brought Moonstone Quill, The Low Water String Band, Lacy Nelson, Jake Clayton and topped off by returning headliners Yonder Mountain String Band!
The first day of the festival was a long string of magic that I may have partied a bit too hard for but the joy experienced by everyone up in the meadow was a wonderfully shared experience! Stay tuned for day two!
