3rd Annual Ladies of Metal invades Oil City Beer Co.

The powerhouse of an event for Women in ROCK came back refined for one RAD night!

\\\\ Event Re-Cap

Something Wyoming Out Loud is STOKED to see happen in our state is the championing of women, since the beginning and all the way to 2025 with the incredible congregation that is Ladies Of Metal! Local promoter, organizer, and friend to the jam, Jeremy Amack has done an incredible job, with his booking agency, Wyoming Booking Association, keeping fuel on the fire for the local metal community. Bringing some incredible acts, and great shows together for a hugely diverse set of music fans. Keep an eye out for Wyoming Hardcore Sept. 27th!

Ladies of Metal brought a refined and brutal production to it’s third year. Trimming down from a whole weekend affair this year was 5 bands in 4 hours for a punishing evening of female fronted electricity.

This year brought Cryptic Writings, Project BC, Purge the Heretics, Blood of Lilith, and the mighty Casket Robbery together to share Oil City Beer Company’s stage for one night in Casper, WYO! Every band brought a signature energy to the stage that we often find easiest to convey in photograph. It’s SO GOOD seeing empowered women ROCK the stage, get into the pit, and feel strong and safe enough to let loose in such a rowdy environment.

Good people find each other in all art forms and supporting those communities of misfits and oddballs is exactly what we’re doing here. Don’t miss Psychostick Thursday!
