Downtown Caspertown was full of activities for all and especially those who aren’t afraid to wear pink on Friday for the Grand opening of Jeffree Star’s Meat and Makeup store. People lined up early and were still in pretty good spirits 8-10 hours later as they got closer to the door. Excitement was high for everyone involved for such a big event in our community.
The day kept jamming with the sounds of Rocky Mountain Sound and Light’s Will Wenn throughout the afternoon and evening. The crowd started filling David Street Station mid afternoon and everyone was ready for the show to start and enjoying the vibes.
As the sun set and the clouds got a little darker Jeffree Star introduced the other star of the night. Yelawolf took the stage and immediately captivated the audience. Many devoted Yelawolf fans had been standing in their spot for hours and were ready to sing along to all of the songs.
The show was a slice of what could be more exciting shows at David Street Station showcasing the venue’s ability to hold large scale shows for genres other than country.
