Some of us might have noticed a slight hitch in the action downtown this afternoon and after a little extra run around to get the afternoon errands out of the way today we were cautiously optimistic that one of our most looked forward to shows of the summer was going to happen this evening.
Luck be with us and power was back and the people were out in full force for this one! David Street was brimming with incredible energy for hometown heroes Aquile and the Brother Bandits. Longtime vibe setters and a whole stage full of absolute rock stars set the tone for a wildly good evening.
Nappy Roots came ready to fully embrace their country boy roots as well. Boots and cowboy hats took over the stage. Nappy Roots brought their signature version of Kentucky with a little Georgia spice Country to Wyoming and Caspertown was EXCITED about it!
The incredible selection of hits, covers, remixes was a nonstop joyride for everyone in attendance! A great thing to see some hip-hop on David Street’s stage. An incredible group of guys that stayed late to meet EVERYONE while the DJs took over the night!
